Cancellations

As you know, I am pretty chill about rescheduling appointments! I get that life happens!

 

However, I do require a courtesy of 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation.  This allows me time to rework my schedule as needed.  If a customer cancels two times, I will require a non refundable 50% pre booking fee for any future appointments. This fee will come off the following appointment total booked with 6 weeks.

 

 

No Show Appointments

 

Not showing up to a scheduled appointment for non emergencies, with no follow up phone call will result in a 50% deposit upon rebooking future appointments. This will be taken off the total at your next appointment, booked with 6 weeks, however will not be refunded should you cancel or not show up to the appointment again.
